"Was looking for a local Westbank tint shop. Found Protex (previously used Kelowna tint place). Based on reviews I took my Merc to them. Exceeded my expectations. Gavin and Matt helped me select the right tint % based on my needs and overall look of the car. Took me though options, showed me examples. I felt welcomed but at the same time uneasy. Why? Dealing with many small businesses in Okanagan I came to learn that they simply don't give a sh*t about customer experience. Well I was wrong.
